There are interesting details around every corner. The exterior also received a much-needed facelift to the delight and gratitude of the neighbors. The new iron double entry door, brick accents, enhanced landscaping, new coach lights and bougainvillea adorned trellises in the courtyard have transitioned what was the least inspiring house in the ‘hood (it was pink) to a model home – which is ironic as it was built on what was the old model home parking lot back in the day. It now proudly sits on a 1 acre + corner lot opposite the community’s lovingly tended green space and tennis court. Your dog, if you have one, will make lots of new friends. If you don’t have a dog perhaps you should consider adopting one as the shelters are currently over capacity. One last thing. It’s not gray.
